Cannot download Patch 0.10.0b [I'm In]

Same problem here. I am new to the Open Beta and started the download the client at arround 9 am GMT. It is 17.45 pm GMT and it hasn't finished yet. Download is an average of 1.5 to 6.0 kb/sec.

Just to confirm the slowness... I'm a french newcomer, and it won't download faster than like 5 to 40 Ko/s. I had a ten seconds lap of 700 Ko/s, though.

same thing, restarting at 31%, and to get to 31% of 7.71MB takes me like 20min.
