Cannot download Patch 0.10.0b [I'm In]

Hey guys,
I'm having problems downloading patch 0.10.0b. The download speed is between 0-20 KB/s, but when i hit around 31% it drops to 0 B/s and restarts the download. Same here... runs with low speed to ~10-30% and restarts and restarts and restarts......

same problem here, turned off avast and nothing changes. The download goes to about 30% of 7.71mb and restarts all the time!
