Legacy league in OB?

Hi guys,

before I start to play and invest my time in the Open Beta, I would like to know first, if there will be in the OB a legacy league? In other words, if GGG will later, after the next bigger patch, move all existing characters into the legacy league and reset the default league?
Like they did that in the CB many times.

They've promised that it won't happen again. The most that will happen will be a major Passive Tree change resulting in a free complete respec.

No more legacies.

They promised, there wont be wipes anymore. But a legacy league isnt a wipe... I'm just worried a bit.
