Is it just me or can I not find the shield node changes?

GGG mentioned in the patch notes that they have increased the shield nodes, but I can't seem to figure out what they changed. Did they add nodes somewhere? Did they just increase the previous shield node values?

All the 6% ES nodes got buffed to 8%.

Ok I see, I was thinking they would add a bigger change to compensate for the 30% shield node being gone. Thanks
