Crashing when changing map..... once in a while

Does anyone have their game crashing once in a while crashing when you are changing a map?..

When I try to reach a different map, it randomly crashes after giving several random error messages something like C++ library error, memory error, client error, blah blah balh

anyone ever had same experience?
