Resolute Technique

Alright so my level 77 nemesis scion is a dex character.

I've never picked up any accuracy nodes and I have about 336 dex but my accuracy is 1129 with a 6.6% chance to crit, vs Vs Level 77 monsters I have a 25% chance to miss or so, which I guess is basically a 25% dps loss.

It would take me 4 points to reach resolute technique from my current build

Should I just take it? I don't feel like there's any way having such a large miss chance could be negated in any other way. Even if I took all 4 points and put them in accuracy nodes.
