Please help!!!!!

Love the game btw.my wife is trying to play also..but has and issue after log in she cant create is all black..and if she changes video options the game crashes...is this on our side or yours? she has a ati9500 aslo.thinking that might be why but would like a response to be sure thank you

You'd need to post more computer spec than the video card for GGG to investigate this.

pentium 4 2.80 with 1g of ram. ati9500.i have the same pentium.but 2gigs of ram,and a nvidia6600..and the game runs great for me.so im thinking its her card or the ram..looking for a direction to go.or maybe they have a solution

it's recommended to have at least 2g of RAM, which is most likely to be her problem.
