Level all classes to 65 (Challenge) using Facebreaker on Nemesis

Heyo players of Path of Exile,

I am currently doing the "Level all classes to 65" challenge using the 2 same unique items on all characters (Facebreaker and Meginord's Girdle).

With these 2 items you can pretty much one shot packs covering a quarter of your screen in 1 hit. It feels extremely rewarding when I use Infernal Blow, though you can use Cyclone just as well.

I will update this topic with builds, alternatives, etc as I go. I have finished all classes except Templar, Marauder & Witch. The speedrunning these will be streamed here: http://www.twitch.tv/bittermandel and be put on my youtube for archiving reasons.

I will answer all questions about builds and how to progress as quickly as possible as I go. I am currently leveling the Witch (Level 54 currently) progressing rather slow as Witch is the weakest of the classes.
