Multiple Accounts Utter Garbage

I really hope people arent making 100 accounts to get in :x Been waiting awhile now and would hate to have my chances ruined because people wanted to cheat the system.

For one person who admits to cheating the system there are 100 people are keep quite about it. Hope there some sort of algorithm that can detect these sort of things.
