Help with a build please.

Ok so I was following a build but I don't really want to have to use EB, MoM, and all that stuff. I want to know if it is possible to have a full on Blood Magic build based around Spectral Throw for AoE, Double Strike for single, and Leap Slam to get around (or ya know, just jump on faces).

I have 14 refund points I can use.
