Need help with a Bow Marauder

Hello, I would very much like some pointers on a bow marauder.

I was thinking about ice shot for the build but I really need some advice with the build and also the progress of the character.

So please, if you can give me some advice, do so.

I would like to know:

-when should I start using bow
-what kind of gear should I get
-A build (:D)
