As a fellow photoshop nerd I appreciate this, only suggestion would be to texture the background (it's a little contrast-y atm) and perhaps lower the grad at either end of the progress bar so it's less extreme.
Awesome work either way, fingers crossed the patcher/launcher looks like this ASAP! |

This looks fantastic.

Hey guys, OP here. Thank you for all the feedback. I've updated the main post with a second version based on some of the suggestions I heard! Thanks to GGG for creating such amazing assets, without which I wouldn't even able to play around and design such a launcher.
