Correct, Sir! there is absolutley no need for extra resis, your gear espeecially in later endgame provides enough


-60 resistace for merciless is still quite alot. Don't think it will be very easy to max resistance on your first toon.

Not grabbing the res node though but I think there is a case for it when it comes to taking it for your first toon.

Both health and resists are quite common on gear, but the more you take from other sources (passives, bandit rewards) the more you are gear independant ;) (e.g. you roll very good resits on a chest piece, but no base health - will you keep it to max your res or reroll it because you want more base life? (not everyone can afford rerolling hundrets of times to get both res and life on it ;)))
