Need help with my build!

The Keystone passives I want to end up using are Unwavering Stance, Ghost Reaver, Chaos Innoculation, Vaal Pact, and Iron Reflexes. So far this char has gotten to level 35 no problem.

In the end I'd like her to be using Str/Int or Dex/Int gear not just ES gear. Its a toss up between using a sword or dagger with a shield late game as well.

Gems im using : Cleave+added cold, Heavy Blow+added fire, Decoy Totem, Spectral Throw+LMP, Warlords Mark, Enfeeble, and Haste.
