first character which build for item grind? (fast killspeed, fast movementspeed)

hi guys, so tommorrow is the day

i ve been browsing t hese forums quiete a bit and asking streamers and watching the skill grid and still cant figure out my character to start with..

so i ve next to near no knowledge about the game..
i mean i know how the skill system works, i know how the gem system works.. i know there are orbs and stuff

BUT i do not know which skill is good compared to others..

i just want a good starter char to carry my later "fun" toons
so the first char should be fairly mobile and have a nice killingn speed..

people have told me to build a summoner, but since i heard summoners are bad at low lvls and are no fun at all.. meh..

then i heard ice witches are good... sounds pretty nice to me...

so what do you think and recommend?
