Any build suggestions for a new scion on domination for farming?

I just made a new scion on domination league, and I'm lost in all the builds to chose from. My plan is to farm fast, so an aoe/healing oriented build would be best I think. Any help would be nice

Spectral throw would likely be your best bet. Imo elemental damage based 1 hand spec throw is better as a first char since you can find cheap gears for it and most of the damage comes from leveling up wrath and anger + cheap jewelry and fast 1 hand weap.

2h phys based will hit a lot harder end-game because of the way armor works vs. ele resist but will be more expensive to gear.

As for picking a guide to follow, have a read - there's a ton of spec throw guides (some in ranger section as well) and compare to see where the differences lie and it will give you a better idea and flexibility in changing the build to suit your needs.
