Scion 2x incinerate totem build (need help)

basically im making a dubble incinerate totem build for my scion, and i need some tips for my build regarding skill tree and gear.

question 1:

when im full build ill be a hybrid scion double incinerate totem build, but i need 93 points for that... so my question is as follow: is it best to take all the ES notes / ES/armor before ill get Hex master and whispers of doom, or should i get hex master and whispers of doom first, and rely on pure life notes to survive until i get the remaining points?

Question 2:

i do not have a lot of currency, so i cant get the best legendarys, what type of gear and, wich stats should i focus on (except ES/Armor/life/resist)?
