Looking for builds with 1H+Shield or Tempest Shield focused

Hello Community,

are there any good builds around for the playstyles mentioned in the title.
I spotted so many 2H or 2H Spectral throw builds, so i was wondering if 1H+Shield is viable?

Also i am a fan of Tempest shield so i am looking for a build that focuses on blocking or reflecting dmg.
