I'd give it another day. It was just the weekend, and it's Monday morning over in NZ right now. I doubt you're gonna miss out on that sweet kiwi :)

Thats strange I've contacted support 2 times so far and got a reply within less than an hour both times, maybe they're a bit busy with the start of OB.

It is the weekend and i am sure they are backed up with messages. They will get to you, be patient. The support packages payment plans they are doing to be nice but require one on one, as they work through the backlog, if you PM'ed them before Open Beta hits, they will still take care of it for you - Their customer service is awesome but with a group of 2 or 3 people doing it.... going to take time.

It is only a few days before OB. I think they must all be madly rushing on preparations and fixing things at the last minute, you have to understand. They have received your email BEFORE the open beta, so I have no doubt they will grant you your wish, but it will most probably be sometime after OB starts that you receive any answer. You have to imagine the amount of work and stress they must be going through these days (and during the first few days of OB) |
