[Nemesis] LA Crit Based Scion Viable?

Hey everyone. So I'm curious if its possible/viable to roll Scion with LA (lightning arrow (frenzy single target)) Crit Based in Nemesis or is it just best to go Ranger?

Want to play Scion with LA/Crit but if I need to/Should go Ranger since there are guides/a lot more help it seems then I will go the Ranger spec.
