This is for softcore. I believe this build gets the best of everything and doesn't waste a single point on anything useless. The build is finished around level 75-80ish, any further points can be spent on more life or something. Nothing important is missing beyond the ~95 point mark, any further levels just give you some more of what you're already stacking. Notable features:

- Gets all the Cruel Blade passives and associated sword damage bonuses clustered along the bottom, way more than you could possibly get for any other weapon type with the same amount of points spent. Sword passives give roughly 30-40% better raw stat value than the equivalent axe and mace passives, have no "waste stats" such as reduced enemy stun threshold, and they're easier to reach due to being right next to the bottom keynode path. If you're going Blood Magic, Unwavering Stance and Iron Reflexes holy trinity, sword passives are vastly better value than any other option.

- Solid survivability -- lots of armor and resists, 2% lifesteal and about 5% health regen per second, around +150% life (should suffice for softcore, but plenty of nearby life nodes if more is needed).

- Access to several +30 dex or int nodes if needed for requirments, all right next to the main path. This will be highly useful while leveling up, allowing you to take these early on and refund them later for very few refund points when you no longer need the +30 boosts.

- +40% accuracy, with easy access to bargain node Eagle Eye for another +50% accuracy if necessary. Excellent value, build seamlessly reaches almost all the relevant bargain nodes including the +50% elemental damage for three points in the templar area.

- +18% movement speed when including the removal of heavy armor penalty.

- Could use a shield for added survivability in tough areas as no points go specifically into two-handed passives. Great flexibility, will occasionally allow you to press through an area you were struggling with.

- Only aura used is Grace, and the build's base dex can support a max-level Grace gem. It will use no int gems except maybe level 1 Conductivity for lightning resistant enemies. In other words, the stats line up almost perfectly. No wasted points.
