so i downloaded instaler and i open it and now it poped up window and i see in download line "checking resources" like 15mins already...is it okay and i still need w8 or something is wrong?

On each fresh install that I've done, its taken exceptionally long the first time it was checking resources. However. Long for me was about 5 mins.
The answer is 42.

It takes a bit of time to "allocate resources". Go run some laps to kill time! =)

It can take a while yes. But try restarting it if it takes too long.

Having minimal space on your harddrive(like above 90% used) can make this take an extremely long time, but yes, it takes a long time period usually.

its okay i did restart launcher and now its okay..i had free space still 350gb :DD
