Season Five, Event 72: 1 Hour Fixed Famine Solo

was lucky getting the unique coral amulet from brutus-> life reg (later found facebreakers lol)

though was almost killed by desync once

Bought the chopper after killing Brutus. Helped a lot until I crafted the poleaxe.

I'm horrible at these races but this was the worst ever.
Played a spectral throw Scion, which I've done many races with so far (poorly, but survived).
This was the worst desync I've ever experienced.
Everything seemed to be hitting me but while it looked like I was hitting things, they weren't taking damage. Got off couple /oss commands but I'm not fast enough to do it in the thick of things. Will definitely set up some kind of hot key now!
All I did was walk into Brutus's room and I was getting hit without even seeing an attack!

Also, worst RNG I've had of any race so far, and that's saying something.
I did have one chaos drop, but I'm stashing those!
Love this game, but that race was very frustrating. Not fun. :(
