What is the turnover for friend invites?

Like lets say someone just got into beta, how long would it be till they could invite someone? Is it done in waves at the discretion of GGG organizers or is it automated?

cause the main page random timer isnt torture enough now when a buddy gets a key u get to wait for his random key as well lovely system

Then we get to hope for a random skill gem drop and random loot! With that is why I like this game random chance!
