Possible error with Energy Shield on Shield Passive Skill

It seems to give a 18% bonus not 30% like the description says. Or maybe I'm not calculating it correctly. I'd like to confirm before posting in the bug sub-forum. Below are the gear, stats, and passive skills of the character.

Gear- (Shield with 57 energy shield. I don't have anything else equipped.)

30 % increased ES from equipped shield (2 nodes in Templar area right below elemental equilibrium)
15% increased ES (Unnatural Calm)
50% more ES (Chaos inoculation)

Stats- 260 Total Intelligence

From this we should be able to calculate the amount of ES the character will have.

(57 * 1.6) * ([260 * 0.2 + 15] / 100 + 1) * 1.5 = 228.456

Only this is not the amount of ES I have in the game. In the game I have 194 ES. Is there an explanation for this?

194 is right.

+60% from the 2 notes.
+52% from int.
+15% from Unnatural Calm
+127%

So 57 x 2.27 x 1.5 = 194
