Not talking about the new portal effects, but portals in general.
1. Login with character A. 1. Character A creates a portal in some area (via TP/Portal Gem) 2. Exit to Character Selection. 3. Login with character B. 4. Character B can now see Character A's portal (assuming you're in the same town/difficulty), but in their own name, and take it if they are in the same league. If they aren't in the same league, you get a "this character is out of your league and you know it" error message and get booted to title screen. Tested across two different accounts and it's repeatable.
