Scion Spectral Throw build

Hi guys i planned a sample attribute tree and could use some feedback on it. Let me know if there is a shorter cut to achieve any nodes or any suggestions.

I didn't invest points to get Ballistic Mastery and Haste because they require too many points to get there and the dex/int nodes aren't as beneficial.

I invested points towards Cleaving(near iron grip), gaining 72% increase axe damage while only using 6 points there which offers the biggest damage increment.
