Main-hand weapon disappeared! (solved)

I was at the forest encampment when i decided to join a felshrine farm. I joined a party then proceeded to one of the portals to join the farm. After the loading screen i notice my character wasn't carrying his axe so i open my inventory and to my surprise its gone. It wasn't in my inventory it wasn't on the ground it was gone. I went back to the forest encampment and checked my storage in case i somehow misplaced it but nothing. I know i didn't drop it or sell if because i would have gotten the confirmation message for dropping it in a town or selling it to a vender since it had some of my gems on it.


I had the name of the item saved on PoE helper if that helps "Havoc Rend Karui Chopper".




Well turns out it didn't disappear, but it did move to the secondary weapon slot on its own which is also a problem sort of.
