24% projectile damage vs 15% IAS?

Hi,

I am building an elemental bow build that uses auras and lightning arrow. I have the option to go through either of these 4 nodes at the beginning of the scion tree. Which one should I use? I feel like since I do a good portion of my damage from auras that the IAS is better.

Take IAS, im sure it will be better
