Upper Sceptre of God Crash

Whenever i try to enter this location my game crash to desktop with windows saying that PoE stopped working . Even when i changed the textures to the lowest u even can via production_Config i havent helped . Even tho i have all system requierments ( due to sytes and posts i checked ) i can not enter the location on my own and not even be ported by someone else . I really dont see any points why this should be happening ......... and its the only location thats making any problems .... its great to know u cant complete the game on any dificulty due to this "bug"

I have the same problem. I completed on easy difficulty and now I am crashing at the cruel.
