I didn't see any posts for previous season 5 events of this nature. So I'll bite the bullet and be the first noob to ask. What is meant by "Rogue" in this event's title? Maybe it is obvious to those who've played through all 3 acts, but not having finished the first act yet... I've no idea. If I get an informative reply, then I've saved all the other noobs from having to ask. ;^)

Pretty sure it means you'll have to contend with rogue exiles spawning in all of your zones on a regular basis.
Danger is like jello, there's always room for more.
Thanks for replying quickly. What exactly are rogue exiles? Particularly tough? Do they respawn? So far I haven't been to any areas that mobs respawn... I guess all our player characters are considered to be exiles, so are they geared similar to PCs? Will they be Arhers, Marauders, Templars, etc?

Exactly, they are Unique and have improved loot drops, they drop at least 1 item of each slot, u can distinguish them cause they use microtransaction effect, like pets, visual helms and weapons. They also use skill gems, some are though and some are easy, gl.
Power and responsibility :P

bengolden offered that link to the previous event, and it is a good link for anyone else that is fairly new to these race events. Thanks to bengolden for this.
hey, big thanks. I've found clarification of exactly what all parts of a race Are to be the main thing lacking in the forum. would an in game mouse-over tooltip for race types be so hard?
that gamepedia link should totally be provided in every race thread post. clarified a lot for me and I've clocked 80 hrs and 10 races since steam launch.

wonderful to have a well informed wiki that we can tunnel through the hyperlinks of.
PoE's LD-50 = < 60 DMG DoT. i.e. MMO Click-em-up +2 mad millinery FTW when PVP by CAT-5.
Alright, that's it. Xandro is officially the most horrifying boss in the entire game now.
