Lightning Strike / Tempest Shield

Ok so as the title describes im trying to make a ls/ts scion tank. this is my passive tree, looking for any imput i can get to make this better.

this build uses sword / shield.

any imput on this build would be greatfull, including how you use your lightning strike and what is linked to it. my current ls is multistrike, life leech, mana leech. im lvl 37atm so this will change.

Passive skill tree build

Resistance can be capped with gear so you shouldn't waste too much skill nodes on resistances and focus more on HP.
