Large Graphics Problem

Everything works fine until I log a character into the game itself, at which point the screen becomes a complete mess. The sound works and I can move around and interact, but I can't even see my character, much less where I am standing. It roughly alternates between these pictures:

Incidentally, turning off shadows makes it far worse.


I'm on a Windows Vista Home Premium Satellite L300 (laptop).
Processor is Intel(R) Core (TM)2 Duo CPU T6400 @ 2.00GHz.
Memory is 3.00 GB, and the operating system is 64-bit.
Graphics card is Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

honestly i think its your videocard, its bad like really really bad for gaming. if it was year 2000 u would have good mobile videocard sadly we live in year 2013 and u can do the math.

E: also if u can updade to win7, win vista just drains all juice your cpu has to offer
