Surely they didn't base POE's release date off some kid and his conspiracy date/time schemes just to pay blizzard a good old fashion up-yours!? Haha. Maybe. But I doubt it. Probably just coincidence.
Not to mention that I'm sure you could find a forum post somewhere predicting any date of the year as the D3 release date. Forum Sheriff

Beta Patch 10 - v.0.6.0.8296 - 23 January Attack, Defense, and Precision have been removed. Dexterity, Intellect, Strength, and Vitality have been added. Nephalem Altars, Nephalem Cube and Cauldron of Jordan have been removed. Achievements have been re-enabled. Leveling artisans in Normal difficulty now only requires gold. Honestly
I played BLIZZARDS D3 I am playing PoE right now PoE feels more like D3 should have been, even though it has its own flaws. If Blizzards Diablo III had the same level of depth and character customization as PoE I would be there, but it doesn't so Im here. It was probably intentional, I dont believe in coincidences, so there you have it folks "The real diablo III will be out Jan 23". ;P | |
