Looking for cheap and self loot build

Hello

I've a marauder tank and I want to create a new character.
I want to play long range with a bow but I don't know what build should I use.
I post a thread on Ranger but they said to me that Scion seems to be the best base to start but there are a lot of build and I don't know wich one follow.

I play alone or with one friends, so we play on self loot. That's why I'm looking for a build with cheap gear.

Could you help me please ?
