Scion - Critique my spectral throw/double strike scion build please. - Forum

I've been using this build for a few weeks now and currently level 83 and it's going great, I can do pretty much an level maps with zero problems. The only maps I have trouble with are stupid maps that have 100% extra damage as X and vulnerability.
