Don't make a build with that many skill points, you're probably never going to reach 90, let alone over 100. Use around ~80-90 points in a "final" build. Also, don't spread yourself out that far for simply 8% life nodes. You'll be much better off staying where you can get the bigger nodes, such as Heart of the Gladiator, Thick Skin, etc. Here's a cookie-cutter life-focused 2h Marauder build

Well as said before don't plan for builds with that many points used, you should aim for something around lvl 70 not more.

After looking at the build my first thought is simply...why? Your intention is clear and you've managed to stack an incredibly amount of life nodes but thats just not needed. You end up with the same efficiency with way less life nodes, at a certain point further stacking just gets pointless especially since you've got to travel quite a bit over the skill tree to get more and more life nodes even though much more useful ones are extremely near.

The lack of nodes supporting your damage and the low DPS you've got as a result of that may lead to some trouble in endgame content mobs with life regeneration/high resitances/armor will be hard to take down.
Overall you could just invest a lot more passive points into non-hp nodes.

If you've never played the game what makes you so confident that you'll be able to do well in PvE? Dude, you NEED resistances, that's not debatable.
