Sweep Marauder Build

I've been thinking about doing a Sweep build as it's probably my favorite out of the AoE skills offered to the Marauder.

This is the passive tree

My skill set up would be:
Sweep and Flicker Strike (meaning each one is it's own 6L) with melee damage, fire damage, faster attacks, critical damage, and culling strike (I was thinking about concentrated area for sweep, but I'm not sure how effective that would be)
Heavy Strike with IIR, IIQ and melee damage
Wrath, Anger, Grace with reduced mana
Phase Run, Blood Rage, Warlord's Mark, Enduring Cry

I'm not sure if the endurance charge nodes are worth getting, but besides that it seems solid. I'm also planning on getting RT when leveling, but then dropping it in the ~50's when diamond flasks start appearing. Can anyone offer any suggestions/modifications?

Edit: Also going to add this, which is the same thing basically, just for maces.
