Which one is better?

I'm having difficulty deciding between two builds -- having not made it past level 40 or so in nemesis I was unsure which of these would perform better and was hoping some of you could weigh in with your thoughts.

Are the two builds I'm considering -- is resolute technique important in later levels? Is there something else I should be aiming for to survive higher levels and Maps?

You should look at a guide about how to create a build.

First, you are never going to have 120 points. The most that anyone other than the top end of the league will every have is about 90.

You want to target your build about the 80 points mark for a viable map build.

Secondly there is a distinct lack of defense in these builds other than life and Iron reflexs unless you have insane godly equipment you will spend alot of time dead.
