this is my attempt at spectral axe throwing scion build
im new to this game, maybe a week under my belt so any help would be appreciated
am I putting to much into mana regen, since ill be running clarity?
did I spread myself out alittle much? if so is there a better way?
is there anything this build is really lacking on to perform well in end game?
