heres my build i basically duel weild rapiers for the crit/speed.
duel strike and cleave all the way to 70+
i love totems and use 2 (artice breath)
grace for extra armor/ev

i literally have no probs doing lvl76 maps at all-very sturdy build-i do mix it up a bit since its not OB yet and like to mess with it but the basics of the build is still there
