Scion Spectral Axe Thrower help

Im trying a scion spectral axe thrower build with max speed and phys damage with axes.
im really not sure if this is viable in the end game, whether or not ill just die right
away with little health and too much damage?

any suggestions would help greatly,

I just wanted to point out this is not HC
so im not that worried about dying.

1. Don't create builds with all 120 points used you will never get anywhere near the max level and lesser points gives us a clearer view on what you are trying to do.

2. Your health pool is horrible you probably wouldn't survive anything in cruel with this outline. You should reach for something about 200% increased hp by the time you enter maps you haven't even got 50% increased hp.
