Bumps in the road are to be expected, thus all this prep and testing before OB.

Some companies would love to say that the only problems they've had were account creations when introducing such a large amount of servers to their farm :P
At either rate, you guys always stomp issues out pretty fast, so I expect this to be the same. | |

No bigge, the fact that you find and start fixing the problem as soon as you find them faster then any other game company I seen so far, is a achievement in its self :).

Account creation back-up.
Living proof here. Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are even incapable of forming such opinions.

All the problems should be fixed now.
There were multiple overlapping issues that made the problems quite hard to find! During the period where account signups were broken, (but not disabled) we had around 1000 sign ups. We have recovered those accounts and we are emailing those that had the problem. Path of Exile II - Game Director
