Ranged burning discharge? a build idea.

Heyall

So I had this idea.. a rain of arrows build with high phys and added fire with chance to ignite and elemental prolif. I thought that it would work the same way as fire discharge, that the mob that takes the highest burning damage prolifirate to the other mobs.
Worth using avatar of fire?
