is it okay to install on 2 computers?

hello, i just read some stuff about getting the account locked if i share the account, i usually go to my friends and lan with my laptop but i play with my desktop pc at home, if i install the game with the same account on 2 different pcs, what will happen, is it counted as account sharing or what.
