Ground Slam + Concentrated Effect

What do you think about this combination. I know that my survivalibity may suffer from it, but I can use 'Increase Area of Effect' to minimize it.

Concentrated Effect grants 'more' damage, and even up to 64% at level 55. 64% more damage is a lot, doesn't it? At the very same level negative side of this support gem can be neglected by Increased Area of Effect.

This is much more effective than Melee Physical Damage + Added Fire Damage combo.
