Scion Fire Staff Build

So I was just playing around with the Scion tree since I just unlocked it. I was thinking of trying a staff based Infernal Blow build. Not really sure how to optimize it so I just did a first pass attempt using Dex/Int armor with Eldritch Battery and Mind Over Matter.
