CI power critical discharge Scion - need some tips

Hello all, is this kind of build viable? Can someone help me with skill tree?
I tried kripp searing touch discharger back in anarchy, but now i'd like to go with the power crit one (more powerful). But i have no experience on the power crit build, so i'd like to have some tips or a skill tree already tested.
