Can't finish to download the game - Time out error

It's been a while now that I can't finish to download the game.
Since I installed Windows 8 actually, a couple of weeks ago. During the download the download manager would often stop for few minutes and then spit out a time out error on some random file. I usually closed the windows and started it again, then the download continues from where it stopped just to time out few minutes later on another files. From time out to time out I managed for two times to get to the point where ~300 MB are left (I'm currently at 297.60 MB left), but at this point as soon as the downloader starts the speed is stuck at 0B/sec and after a while the time out error appears. I even changed my DNS to see if that could help. Nothing changed. What can I do? This is the error I'm getting now:  Can you imagine an imaginary menagerie manager imagining managing an imaginary menagerie?
