Zombies Die When Starting New Zone

As the title says it; happens roughly every 5-6 zones... I'll load into the zone, and 2 of them die right away (I currently carry 7, so not sure if it's a nominal amount or a percentage). Spectres and Skeletons seem fine.

Just happened to me between chamber of sins level 1 & 2.
